The Clerk of Court has sets of fill-in-the-blank forms that you can buy called Packets, which need to be completed in order to file the legal action you want to take. If you have already purchased a packet for your case, but are nervous about the sheer size and complexity of it, we have an offer to help take the uncertainty out of doing it totally yourself.
For $50.00 we will review the packet with you to make sure you know which pages you will actually need and the number of copies of each one. Plus, the steps to take to get it correctly filed.
If, when you are back working with it you become frustrated, as long as it’s within 30 days, if you hire us to prepare the whole thing for you, we will credit that $50.00 toward our full fee and get it completed for you to file.
